  • What Is Alchemy Kitchen?

    Alchemy Kitchen lives within one of the three foundational pillars at the heart of Forge and Flow Sanctum: Nourish With Purpose.


    Each gathering is one part teaching, one part eating and drinking, two hours spent together exploring what food and drink actually do inside the body.

    We share WONDERFULLY clean food together, sitting around the table, sharing recipes and wisdom, digging into ancient nourishment insights, and GATHERING in kinship!

    We teach what foods support the heart space, the gut-brain axis, your energetic body (the vibration of the food), and more! Healthy doesn't mean NOT tasty!

    We do all the work, you sit and enjoy!

    You just show up and enjoy the experience! Come ready to learn, ready to eat, and ready to be nourished.

  • What We Serve

    No chemicals, pesticides and herbicides

    When possible we even source regenerative foods and will choose grass-fed. We always choose ethically sourced ingredients. We make the food from scratch and with lots of love!

    Intentionally alcohol-free gatherings.

    We Tap Into Food as Medicine and Ceremony

    Indigenous and tribal cultures ate in relationship with the land, the seasons, the animal, the root, and the leaf, practicing reciprocity and giving thanks for every life offered.
    At Alchemy Kitchen we carry that same respect into every meal we prepare.

    We Serve High Vibrational Food and Drink

    High vibrational food and drink is simply food/drink that carries clean, strong energy and has no toxins, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, any seed oil like rapeseed (aka canola oil) or soybean oil, and anything else that does a body harm (in as much as we can know).
    It is fresh, natural, and leaves us feeling light, clear, and like "ourselves" again.

    NOTE: If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please make sure to send us an email and let us know. Additionally, there is a cat/dog on the property (will not be in the area of the house during the event but if major allergies are a concern, please note this).

  • 🍴What to Expect + Know🍴

    Location: This is held in our private home on our land we call One Song Grove, which is about 10 minutes from downtown Jonesborough. We share the address with registrants.
    Pet Allergies: We share our home with a dog but he will not be present during the event.
    Food Allergies: If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know when you register and we will do our best to accommodate you, please email us at connect@forgeandflow.org.
    🍴 Alchemy Kitchen is a private gathering hosted at our personal residence under Sacred Soul Health Ministry, a certified 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based organization. All contributions are tax-deductible donations to the ministry. All food is prepared from scratch in our private home kitchen at One Song Grove, not a commercial kitchen.
