After 17 years in corporate sales and marketing, my health collapsed due to severe mycotoxin illness (black mold poisoning) and chronic stress, leaving me with brain fog, digestive issues, fatigue, and unexplained weight gain. I worked out (too much I came to find out), ate well (or so I thought), but that all was not enough and I wasn't doing MANY things properly...

The many-year quest to heal my body, it is through all the trials and tribulations that I discovered the critical importance of bioavailable minerals, the connection between environmental toxins and chronic disease, and the harmful effects of synthetic supplements, and more.

Today, I bring this wisdom to others and serve as a Mineral Balance Coach, Certified Flower Essence Alchemist, and I am a Master Herbalist under apprenticeship.
